little miss penelope had quite the amazing weekend... lets hope she understands this is NOT normal.
Friday: Uncle Jeff and Aunt Christa came over and brought penelope her birthday present.. (which i think counts as her bday present for the next 10 years). An amazing (and HUGE) bouncy house all for penny! All 9 x 12 feet of it!
Saturday: Saturday am, penny started with mothers day brunch for mommy, a trip to target (for some fun garden supplies), then a play date with the q family, mcdonalds for lunch then off to a sweet bbq. Now this was not just any bbq. there was swimming, pony rides and the WORLD SERIES RING. John Jay ROCKS and let his GF bring the ring to a party and show everyone.. penelope got to wear it. she was not as impressed though... as ponies were arriving and there was some serious riding to do :) the kid was a NATURAL on the ponies. she LVOED them. and SCREAMED when it wasnt her turn. in the end she rode the donkey three times and the pony two. busy busy girl :)
Sunday: my little angel gave me teh best mothers day gift and slept until 8!!! she rocks. we had brunch at our house, got to play in her TREEHOUSE for the FIRST time - which she LOVED. the best of these photos is watching my dad trying to get DOWN. Then off to gma's for some more mothers day fun. later that evening i got my amazing preset - a massage and a facial :) appt already made for this momma. below is a picture of the awesome pinterest find that i stole from darci... cute little strawberry themed presents.. and of course penny in her tree house.. chilling in the camo chair :)
overall, was quite the weekend.. and it isnt even her bday yet! that's NEXT weekend. busy busy lady has a crazy fun may. a day in the life of penelope.. not to shabby huh?
