no matter how crazy penelope is or how much she tests my patience... the little girl knows how to win me over. she is so sweet and loving and is constantly giving me hugs, telling me loves and even WHY she loves me. not gonna lie, makes this momma feel pretty good.
lately penelope has been obsessed with the movie Brave. In this movie the princess tries to change her fate (and her mother) and ends up turning her into a bear. the rest of the movie is about her realizing the she loves her mother as she is and helping to change her back. penelope watches it several times a week and it is her current favorite.
last week, out of the blue, while not watching Brave, she walks up to me and says:
"hey mom. when i'm older I wont turn you into a bear. because i love you."
made me tear up a little :)
love that crazy little thing.
