i mentioned in my one month update yesterday that penn has been much more alert and focused lately... she opens her eyes so wide and will stare directly into your face and just take it all in.. she'll also start to follow your face if you move it from side to side.. here are a couple of my favorite alert/awake pictures... love those big eyes! she is looking so big!
