penelope had her first real play date in the hospital with her buddy donovan q - who dressed up quite handsome for her! but i'm not sure how much she remembered since she was one day old.
but she had her second play date this week with her buddy lily. lily is the daughter of my childhood friend valerie. we were neighbors and hung out/played together all the time growing up. our moms work together and we ended up talking again this year when we found out we were both pregnant and due on the same day. penn of course was the drama queen and a couple weeks early... so her and lily are exactly 2 weeks apart.. we got them together for their first playdate/photo shoot this week. lily was a bit of a wiggle worm and penn just seemed to mimic her - so0 they are doing the same thing in all the pictures... i really need to raise her to be a leader and not such a follower :)
