Kiddo Updates!!

I am sooo deliquent on updates this month.  Being back to work has made me a terrible blogger :(

 

lots going on around here!

 

1. Penny is potty trained!  has been for a few weeks now.. all it took was a little reverse psychology and a LOT of patience :) she tells everyone she is "potty trained up" and "wearing underdrawers" :)

 

2.  Charlotte turned three months - and she is such a good baby!  sleeping through the night; happy as can be - alwasy smiling and laughing - angel baby :) Only complaint - expensive baby has a pretty nasty milk allergy that makes her breakout on her whole body - so... we now use nutramigen - which costs a FORTUNE.  but she is soo happy :)

 

3.  Charlotte can roll over!!!  she gets super pissed when it happens but she can do it :)  HATES tummy time though - so she tries not to make a habit out of rolling over!

 

there is soo much more but i'm sooo behind - so lets just get to the good stuff - pictures of my girls :)

 

we rocked matching jammies the other night. (okay fine - last month)

 

 

Charlotte's baptism

little miss charlotte grey was baptized yesterday - see  you later original sin!

 

she did great.  was excellent during mass, during the ceremony (even with water dumped in her eyes) and during the after party.

 

thank you to everyone who celebrated with us and a big thank you to the godparents - uncle tony and aunt kori.  she's a lucky little lady :)

this past weekend was parent observation week at dance so I got to watch my little lady!

my big girl Penelope is one lucky lady.  she is a special penny/grandma h vacation to disney world!!!

 

 

i have only received text message pictures so far but she is having a blast -

can't wait to hear all about when she comes home on Friday.

 

i miss my girl... pretty quiet around here with one kid.

 

but holy crap - one kid is easy!!!

since i was off work for maternity leave i was pretty excited to get to join in and chaperone penny's field trip today to the pumpkin patch.

 

she was so excited to as well and I got there a little bit early to check out how her school day operates... loved watching her at circle time, playing with her friends then riding the bus and on her field trip.

 

she was amazing all day.  there is something pretty awesome about watching the little girl that screamed and cried when she went to school for four months, the stood alone on the playground, that overall just had a horrible time adjusting, turn into this little social butterfly that played with everyone, tried all the rides, slides, towers and is so loved by each teacher.

 

and she of course is only friends with the boys.  conner, jack, braden and penny. :)  love it.
